My passion for great-tasting Mexican food began at a very young age. I quickly discovered in my mother’s kitchen “New Mexican” food is very different from other Mexican foods. Following centuries of tradition, I have created my recipe with only the freshest ingredients and all-natural preservatives. I thank you for the opportunity to share my passion with you, from the smell of the roasting chiles, to the deliciously unique taste that can only come from“Authentic New Mexico Style” salsa.

Don Geraldo Foods acquired TexaFrance on June 1st, 2024. TexaFrance is an innovative, high-quality gourmet manufacturer of sauces, condiments and unique specialty foods. TexaFrance utilizes a 10,000+ sq ft, state of the art manufacturing facility with over 40 years of combined food service and retail experience with a proven track record and is committed to setting the standard for the safest and highest quality fresh foods in North America by strictly adhering to stringent FDA, “HAACP” and “In House” Quality Assurance guidelines.
